Chefs Paul and Janice Villnerve trace their love of cooking back to their roots. Both were born and raised around New Orleans, Louisiana. The New Orleans area is known for its rich and unique foods, and both chefs have a talent for creating dishes to remember. Throughout their lives, they have been showcasing their culinary flair for friends and relatives across the country, from Florida to Alaska. Over the years their skills have reached beyond their southern roots and have delved into multiple ethnicities.
Paul Villnerve, of French Creole descent, has set aside his career as an Alaska licensed Professional Engineer to make his culinary talents and love of cooking available to his fellow Alaskans. He credits his experience multi-tasking within the engineering industry with enabling him to juggle the demands of a personal chef.
Paul and Janice Villnerve have nine children and cook for their family of eleven daily. They have made it a priority to be well-informed regarding nutritional issues as they feel it is essential to the health of their family. They wish to impart their knowledge and vitality into the foods they create for you and your family.
